Jennifer Tilly
Jennifer Tilly has won an Academy Award for her work as an American-Canadian, and she is also a professional player of poker. Born and raised in Los Angeles, US, Tilly made her acting debut in 1983, when she appeared on the series 'Oh Madeline, in which she played the role of a minor one. Her debut on film came in 1984's film 'No Small Affair,' and since then, she's never stopped, typically appearing in several projects a year. The beginning of her acting career went well. In the initial days of her professional career, she was an integral part of popular TV shows including 'Hillstreet Blues and 'Cheers' and "Frasier. While she mainly performed in minor roles, this is more than any rookie actor could have expected. In Woody Allen's "Bullets over Broadway" she received the long-awaited break, which made her an Academy Award nominee for Best Supporting Actress.
